Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time, part-time and casual Certified Nursing Assistants, Activity Aides, Housekeeping employees, Laundry employees, Dietary employees, and Maintenance employees. Proposed clarification is of Maintenance Position that has been changed to "Assistant Environmental Specialist", which the employer maintains is excluded from the unit.

Unit Sought: All production workers, sanitation workers, shipping/receiving/warehouse workers: pre-weigh; portioners; mixers; machine operators; packaging; enrobers; frozen line and frozen room workers. Excluding office workers, supervisors as defined by the NLRA, guards, maintenance engineers, quality assurance/control, research & development.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees classified by the Employer as full-time and as part-time in food and beverage, culinary, banquets, mini-bar and room service, housekeeping, laundry, engineering, uniform services, and front office. Excluded: All subcontracted employees, communication and telephone agents, conceirges (all departments), Japanese services, Keiki Aloha Club, employees classified by the Employer as casual, sales, managers, supervisors, confidential employees, security officers and/or guards and/or watch persons, as defined under the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time PBX operators. Excluded: All other employees including managers, supervisors, confidential employees, security officers and/or guards and/or watch persons, as defined under the Act.
