Unit Sought: All regular full-time, part-time, and per diem Registered Nurses in positions requiring an RN license and providing direct patient care employed by the Employer at its facility located at 370 Del Norte Avenue in Yuba City, California. Excluded: All non Registered Nurses, traveler RNs, Registry RNs, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors within the meaning of the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time permanent employees employed by the Employer in the following classifications: mechanics, rental car agents, reservations, hikers, dispatchers, maintenance employees, and drivers, in Aguadilla, Ponce and Marginal Los Angeles. Excluded: All administrative employees, accounting employees, special managers, shift managers, guards and supervisors and agents as defined by the Act.
