Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time employees in the following classifications or like classifications: Office Manager, Assistant Office Manager, Plant Manager and Technician. Excluded: Supervisors, guards, confidential employees, accountants and all others excluded by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All maintenance tree trimmers and ground workers employed by the Employer at its facilites in the City of Riverside, California Excluded: All other employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All engineering employees of the Company in the post-acquisistion, combined engineering operations at the Company plants located in Weber and Davis Counties, UT. Excluded: All other employees and all guards and supervisors as defined by the Nationa Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All hourly employees, including all maintenance, operations, lab, warehouse, and shipping personnel employed by the employer at Western Refining Company, Gallup, New Mexico. EXCLUDED: All supervisors as defined in the Act.
