Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time production and maintenance employees. Excluded: All confidential, professional, quality control., temporary employees, all other employees, guards, team leaders and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included:: All production employees employed by the employer at its 1820 Iowa Avenue Lorain, OH facility. Excluded: All truck drivers, all office clerical employees and all professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and/or regular part time armed and unarmed security guards, drivers, ATM techs, AST's & Vault custodians performing guard duties as defined in Section 9 (b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended employed by Loomis Fargo @ Ocala, Fl. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, supervisors, as defined in the act, as amended, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All pizza delivery drivers at the 559 E. cass location. Excluded: All other Employer, guards, supervisors as defined in the Act.
