Unit Sought: The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the following established by the NLRB in 1-RC-21214: All full time and regular part time professional and non-professional employees who regularly average 4 or more hours of work per week in the last quarter prior to the eligibility date, including registered nurses, service coordinators, physical therapists, psychologists, and social worker, all support staff, assistant directors, licensed practical nurses, office aides, psychology assistants, speech assistants, physical therapy assistants, medical appointment coordinators, vocational evaulators, and drivers employed by the Employer, excluding all associate directors, program directors, administrativae assistants, business office clericals, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: all full time and regular part tim e truck drivers employed by the Employer at their facility at 1001 Sherman Ave., Evanston, IL all  other employees, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All production and maintenance employees within bargaining unit established at its ISG, Burns Harbor slab processing operation. Excluded: All office, clerical employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
