Unit Sought: All full time and part time dealers, simulcast and keno dealers and dual-rate supervisors employed by the employer at it's 1990 Bally's Park Place and The Boardwalk, Atlantic City, NJ.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time registered nurses employed by the Employer at its acute care hospital facility (Altoona Hospital Campus and Bon Secours Hospital Campus), located in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Excluded: All office clerical employees, managerial employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania location in those departments in which the Union maintains majority status, which are currenlty those set forth in Schedule D, attached hereto; Excluded: office clericals, guards and professional employees, supervisors and managerial employees as defined in the Act. Purposed: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania location including sales support employees in the Merchandising Department (8030-41), Signing Department (8030-43) and Pricing Department (8030-44) and employees employed in departments in which the Union maintains majority status, which are currently those set forth in Schedule D, attached hereto: Excluding: office clerical guards and professional employees, supervisors and managerial employees as defined in the Act.
