EXCLUDED: All office clerical employees, professional employees, supervisors, as defined in the Act, as amended, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included- All full-time and regular part-time bus and van drivers, monitors, charter bus operators, charter van operators and drivers' aides employed by the Employer at its Yorktown facility.
