Excluded: All other employees, any employees represented by another Union, all office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act as Amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time employees employed as heavy equipment operators and landscape plantsmen. Excluded: All managers, supervisors, clericals, guards, and professional employees as defined by the Act.
