Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All production and maintenance emplyees of BWXT Pantex, LLC at the Pantex Plant, Amarillo, Texas, including Engineering Division inspectors, analysts, process auditors, and clerical employees, including Technical Library clerical personnel; janitors and matrons; laundry and changehouse employees and laundry and changehouse clerical employees; cafeteria employees and cafeteria clerical employees; Firefighters, Fire Department Lieutenant, Fire Depatment Captain, Fire Depatment Battalion Chief and Fire Department clerical employees; Mechanical Department clerical employees; Production Division clerical employees; Industrial Engineering Department clerical employees; Radiation Safety Technicans. EXCLUDED: Personnel Department clerical employees, all hospital employees, clerical employees in the Guard Department; all other main office clerical employees, including timekeepers: guards and supervisory employees as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time security guards working at the Employer's facility located at 13800 FAA Road, Fort Worth, Texas. EXCLUDED: All other employees.

Unit Sought: Current Unit: Included: All full-time and regular part-time cardiac 1 and 2 technicans employed by the Employer at its Greensburg, Pennsylvania facility; excluding all office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. Proposed Clarification of Unit: The petition at #5 describes the certified unit. In negotiations for an initial contract the parties negotiated for, and included, two positions in the collective bargaining agreement: ECG Monitoring Technician and ECG Monitoring Technican/Holter Technician, Subsequent to negotiations the Employer hired three persons for a position descreibe as Monitoring Assistant. The parties are unable to agree whether or nor the affected employees should be included in or excluded from the bargaining unit. The Petitioner takes the position that the affected employees share a community of interest with bargaining unit employees and, therefore the unit should be clarified to included monitoring assistants. Monitoring assistant work in the same department and under the day-to-day supervision by the same supervisors as unit employees and perform similar tasks.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time drivers and warehousemen. Excluded: Guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
