Unit Sought: Included: All employees employed by the employer in the classifications of Painter, Sign Painter, Paperhanger, Sand Blaster, Water Blaster, Drywall Finisher, the Application of EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish Systems), and similar or related classifications of work in the counties of Dane, Columbia, Iowa, Grant, Richland, Rock, Green, Lafayette, Dodge, and Sauk. Excluded: Office or clerical, guards and supervisors as defined in the act.

Unit Sought: All grocery and produce employees, excluding the meat department.

Unit Sought: Included: All exempt Patrol personnel with the rank of Lieutenant and Captain. Excluded: All Exempt Patrol Personnel with the rank of Major and above and all Secretaries and Clerks.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time PBX operators. Excluded: All other employees including managers, supervisors, confidential employees, security officers and/or guards and/or watch persons, as defined under the Act.
