Unit Sought: Inc. All regular full time and regular part time employees to whom the Agreement between the Employer and the Union Communication Workers of America appplies. Exc. All other employees professional empoloyees, managerial employees, confidential employees guards and supervisors as defined by the act.

Unit Sought: Included: All the carpenters, carpenter helpers, masons, mason helpers, rodmen, rodmen helpers, welders, laborers, digger operators and operators employed by the Employer at its Lopez Nussa project in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full and regular part-time drivers, mechanics, and recycling employees. Excluded: Supervisors, Managers and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Truck Drivers, Shop Employees at the employer's facilities located in Colton and Beaumont California. Excluded: Management, office staff, yard persons, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full and part time drivers, warehouse, and production employees employed by the employer. Excluded: All office, guards, professional employees, supervisors, and clericals as defined by the act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time dock employees. EXCLUDED: All drivers, supervisors, office clerical, confidential secretaries, management and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part-time employees; excluding home coordinators, assist home managers, supervisors.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time employees working at the Employer's processing plants, farm equipment shop, and warehouses in Chehalis, Washington or adjacent sheds or lots, including but not limited to maintenance employees, cold storage warehouse employees, machine operators, and lift truck operators. Excluded: Office employees, nurses, superintendents, regular weighmasters and fieldsmen, and guards. and supervisor as defined by the Act.
