Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees employed by the Employer at its following facilities: Allegheny Valley Hospital, located at Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania; Citizens Ambulatory Care Center, Located at 4th Avenue, New Kensington, Pennsylvania; Allegheny Valley Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility, located at Natrona Heights Plaza, Pennsylvania; and Pro Lab Draw Center, Located at Natrona Heights Plaza. Natrona, Pennsylvania; and Pro Lab Draw Center located at Leechburg Road, Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania; excluding, Registered nurses, physicians, technician employees, licensed practical nurses, skilled maintenance employees, business office clericals, tumor registrars, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapy assistants, clinical laboratory assistants and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
