Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees, employed by the Employer at its Tibbs Ave facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Excluded: All office clerical and professional employees, managers, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance hourly employees working for the company at the Yuma Proving Grounds; Excluded: All office clerk employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: The company recognizes the union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agents for all regular full-time trucks drivers, production and maintenance employees employed at its wood windows and glass plants located at South Prospect Street and Water St. Merrill, WI and excluding supervisors, office and clerical employees, watchmen and guards and such others as exluded by the National Laobr Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All certified nursing assistants, maintenance, housekeeping, dietary and activities departments. Excluded: All LVNS, managers, confidential employees, guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act, and all other employees.
