Said unit includes all full time, regular part time, part time and per diem service and maintenance workers including nursing assistants, dietary workers, maintenance assistants, rehabilitation aides and activities assistants employed by the Employer at its Plymouth, Massachusetts facility but excluding all clerical workers, licensed practical nurses, students whose performance of work at the Home is a part of the educational course of study such students are purusing, and all other professional workers, managerial workers, guards, department heads and all other supervisors as defined in the Act.
