The Proposed Bargaining Unit Description is: Included: All full time and regular part time employees in the classifications of Administrative Assistant, Publications Specialist, Grievance Clerk, Computer Operator, Fiscal Specialist, Business Agent, Organizer, Leadworker, Staff Attorney and Reserarcher. Excluded: All Supervisors, Managers, confidential, Member Political Organizers, Interns and casual employees as defined by the Act. The proposed bargaining unit adds the position of Researcher currently occupied by employee Karen Davis and the position of Administrative Assistant currently occupied by Barbara Allison which the employer has asserted is confidental. The Union challenges this assertion.
