Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All linemen, including Apprentices and Groundmen, Servicemen, Right-of-way Workers, Working Foremen, Service Technicians, Substation Scada and Staking Engineers. EXCLUDED: Excluded from the bargaining unit (and not covered by this Agreement) are all other employees, including but not limited to Managerial employees, Confidential Employees, Guards, Professional employees, and Supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
