Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time paid Emergency Medical Technicians, including Lieutenants employed by the Employer at its 4 Willow Street, Turnersville, lNJ facility.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time warehouse employees including but not limited to: (lift truck operators, dock clerks, inventory control, maintenance, and sanitation depts..) Excluded: All professional employees, managers supervisors, and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time direct sales representatives employed by the Employer at its Washington, DC facility Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: Registered Nurses: Staff 1 (including those employed in the ARH Morgan County Home Services Unit), and Graduate Nurse. EXCLUDED: All other Registered Nurses, office clerical, all other employees guards and supervisors.

Unit Sought: All shipping and receiving clerks, fork lift operators and all other hourly employees working in warehouse.

Unit Sought: Included: All full and part time Officers working for the employer, pursuant to the employers Federal Government Contract, in the localities of Miami and West Palm Beach, FL. Excluded: All Office, Cleical, Professional employees, and Supervisors, as defined by the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time servcie writers employed at the Employer's facility currently located in Alsip, IL. Exclued: All currently represented employees, offfice clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Full time registered nurses, physical therapists and social workers regularly scheduled an average of 20 hours or more. Excluded: Office clerical, laboratory, technicial, administrative, managerial and supervisory employees.
