Excluded: All other employees, employees involving in the materials operations of the Employer, executives, superintendents, assistant superintendents, civil engineers & their helpers, master mechanis, time keepers, messengers, office workers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees performing work in the materials operations of the Employer, including the mining, production and trasport of aggregate, sand and gravel asphalt, concrete and employees involved in the operation, servicing & mainternace of compressors, pumps & welding machines. Excluded: All other employees, employees involved in performing heavy highway construction, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time driver/operator and monitors employed by the employer at the Phoneix and San Tan facilites in Maricopa county in Arizona. Excluded: All other employees working as office clerical employees, professional employees management employees, gurards, and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Journeyman drywall hangers and framers, journeyman painters, apprentice painters, and paper hangers, employed by the Employer in Arizona; Excluded: Journeyman drywall taper finishers and drywall taper apprentices, office clericals, estimators, janitors, all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Journeyman drywall taper finishers and drywall taper apprentices employed by the Employer in Arizona; Excluded: Journeyman drywall hangers and framers, journeyman painters, apprentice painters, paper hangers, office clericals, estimators, janitors, all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
