Unit Sought: UNIT A PROFESSIONALS: Included: All of the full time an regular part-time professional employees, including the social workers, teachers, registered nurses, speech pathologists, special needs coordinators I an II, and parent activities coordinators I and II, who are employed by the Employer within the municipalities of Loiza and Canovanas, Puerto Rico. Excluded: All other employees, including non-professional employees, home economists, nutritionists, accountants, educational supervisors, educational coordinators nutritional coordinators, health coordinators, family and community coordinators, transition coordinators and general coordinators, confidential employees, security guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. UNIT B NON-PROFISSIONALS Included: All full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees, including meal attendants, meal attendant aides, teacher assistants, clerical employees, secretaries, maintenance employees and drivers who are employed by the Employer within the municipalities of Loiza and Canovanas. Excluded: All other employees, including professional employees, head of warehouse, purchasing agents, accountant secretaries, personnel officials, confidential employees, including, secretaries to the director, assistant director, personnel office secretaries, administrative assistants, administrative manager, development and health managers, alliance with family and community managers, program director, security guards and supervisor as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and shared position Federal Court Security Officers (CSOs) and Federal Lead Security Officers (LCSOs) employed by the Employer under its contract with the U. S. Marshal Service at Federal court facilities in the State of New Mexico; Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time special patrolmen security officers dispatchers and gate personnel Excluded: All other employees including professionalemployees and supervisors as defined in the act.

Unit Sought: All full-time, part-time, and on-call registered nurses who perform patient care duties, including charge nurses; excluding all supervisors, as defined by the Labor Management Relations Act, and guards.
