Excluded: office clerical employees and professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All hourly employees employed by the Employer at its Siler Lane location including all Polishers, Grinders, Buffers, Foundry Employees, Quality Control Employees,  Maintenance Employees, and Working Lead Employees.
