Excluded: All office clerical employees, and guards professional employees, front desk supervisor, resident services coordinator, diet clerk, acitivity assistant and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA'S), Dietary, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance employees. Excluded: All Registered Nurses (RN'S), Licensed Proactical Nurses (LPN's), Office Clerical Staff, Guards & Supervisors as defined by the Act.
