Unit Sought: The bargaiing unit is made up of all production and maintenance employees of the Employer at the Baton Rouge Refinery and Baton Rouge chemical Plant, including: All Glass Blowers, Inspectors-Oil Conservation, Packaging Operators, Inspectors I, Inspectors II, Instrument Technicians, Instrument Technician Apprentices and Trainee, Stores Technicians, Stores Technician apprentices and Trainees, Special laboratory Technicians, Laboratory Apprentices and Trainees, Yard Clerical employees, and employees in the classifications listed on Exhibit "A" of this agreement, but excluding all other employees, professional, confidential, managerial, operations controllers, office clerical, watchmen, guards, electricians and their apprentices and helpers, and all supervisors as defined in the Act. The AC petition seeks to include in the bargaining unit all production, maintenance and laboratory employees of the Resin Finishing Plant as part of the Chemical Plant and to exclude all Resin Plant employees excluded by the Act. 1 - Exhibit A of the agreement includes the following classifications: Boilermaker Mechanic, Machinist Mechanic, Motorized/Rigger Mechanic, Operator, Assistant Operator, Pipefitter/Welder, each classifications' Apprentices and Trainees, Mechanical Assistant, Administrative Technician, Special Administrative Technician, Laboratory Instrument Technician and their apprentices and Trainees, Stores Instrument Technician and their Apprentices and Trainees.
