Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, part-time and casuals in the driver and warehouse departments. Excluded: All supervisors defined in the Act, office clerical, maintenance mechanics, sales and supervisor/route trainers.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time mechanics/garagemen and welders employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 529 Coster Street, Bronx, NY and 167-33 Porter Road, Jamaica, NY. All guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time heavy equipment operators, at or out of its LaCrosse, Wisconsin facility or any other additional facility or jobsite throughout the State of Wisconsin. Excluded: All office and clerical emplyees, professional employees, sales representatives, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: The proposed bargaining unit will include all plant operators employed at the Hermiston Generating Plant in Hermiston, Oregon; but excluding the maintenance workers who are instrument and control technicians employed at the Hermiston Generating Plant in Hermiston, Oregon.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular part time and full time production and maintenance employees at the Employers Missoula terminal. Excluded: Supervisory and managerial employees as defined by the Act as amended, and all other employees.
