Any LVN or CNA who is regularly scheduled as a dual-function employee, that is, an LVN or CNA who is regularly scheduled to work in a job classification covered by the Agreement part of the time, and who is regularly scheduled to work in a job classification excluded from the Agreement part of the time, shall be considered covered under the recognition clause of the Agreement. Excluded: Registered nurses, office clericals, professionals, managerial employees, guards, and supervisory employees as defined by the Act.
