Unit Sought: Employees who perform service, Installation, Maintenance on H.V.A.C. Equipment, Piping Sys. PLB.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time medical technicians employed by the Employer at its Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, facility; Excluding, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.* *If a majority of valid ballots are case for Service Employees International Union, Local 668, Pennsylvania Social Services Union, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to be included in the existing unit of "All full-time and regular part-time counselors, life skill workers, van transport drivers and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, operation, as estabilshed by a certification of the National Labor Relations Board, Case No. 12597, excluding supervisors, confidential office employees, maintenance supervisors, ofice clerical employees, LPNs, assessment coordinators, guards and all other professional employees as excluded by the Act" currently represented by Service Employees International Union, Local 668, Pennsylvania Social Services Union. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to remain unrepresented.
