PROPOSED: All employees, including production, transportation, cooler service, fleet mechanics, distribution, warehouse and full service employees employed by the employer at its Albany facility and its Chestertown, New York facility excluding managerial employees, sales, office employees and supervisors as defined in the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All car inspectors and repairmen at the Employer's Bedford Par, 59th Street, and Canal Street Facilities in Chicago. Excluded: All office clerical and supervisors within the meaning of the Act.
