Unit Sought: Included: All regular full and part-time Licensed Practical Nurse employed by the above named employer at the Long Term Care Facility. Excluded: All Office clerical, professional, managers, supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: UNIT A - PROFESSIONAL UNIT INCLUDED: All full time and regular part-time professional employees, including the social workers, teachers, speech pathologits, special needs coordinators I and II, and parent activities coordinators I and II who are employed by the Employer, including its new facilities, Mediania, Miñi-Miñi, Piñones (Sector La Torre), Piñones (Sector Palma Arena), Honduras, and Colobo that are located within the municipalities of Loiza and Canovanas. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including non-progessional employees, regustered nurses, home economists, nutritionists, accountants, educational supervisors, educational coordinators, nutritional coordinators, health coordinators, family and community coordinators, transition coordinators, and general coordinators for children with special needs, child and adult care food program coordinators, condifential empllyees, security guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. UNIT B - NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT INCLUDED: All regular full-time and part-time non-professional employees including, meal attendants, meal attendants aides, teacher assistants, clerical employees, secretaries, maintenance employees and drivers eho are employed by the Employer including its new facilities, Mediania, Miñi-Miñi, Piñones (Sector La Torre), Piñones (Sector Pama Arena,), Honduras and Colobo tha t are located within the municipalites of Loiza and Canóvamas. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including professional employees, maintenance and conservation coordinator, jhead of warehouse, purchasing agents, accountant secretaries, personnel officials, confidential emplouyees, including secretaries to the director, assistant director, personnel office secretaries, administrative assistants, administrative manager, development5 and health managers alliance with the family and community managers, program director, security and supervisors as defined by the Act.
