All employees outside the customer service department and IT department.

Unit Sought: Included all full time and regular part time caprenters, including sidewalk bridge carpenters, scaffold carpenters and hoist erecting carpenters employed by the Employer. Excluded All other employees, including clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relationss Act.

Unit Sought: Included Bargaining Unit #5 All ful ltime and regular part time Loss Prevention, Housekeeping , Residence, Banquets, Stewarding, Front Office, Dor Men, Bell Neb, In Room Dining (IRD), Culinary, Kitchen, Receiving, BLT and Spa Employees located at the 227 Main Street address in White Plains. Excluded all office workers, guards, supervisors, managers and professional employees as defined in the act.
