Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time maintenance employees, including maintenance employees and porters, employed by the Employer at its facility called the Clinton House located at 521 West 49th Street, New York, NY. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including office clerical employees, and guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
