Childcare Developyment Center is comprised of: All full-time and regular part-time preschool and infant/toddler teachers, preschool and infant/toddler teacher assistants, cooks, head cooks, maintenance technicians, custodians, eligibility specialists and clerk/receptionists employed by the Employer at its facilites located at 1) Placita de Ninos, 2) Jardin de Ninos I and II , 3) Early Learning Center, 4) Excuelita and 5) Administration Office; excluding all other employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Registered Nurses employed by the Employer at its facility located at 3865 Jackson Street, Riverside, CA 92503. Excluded: All guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time commercial and residential employees, including mechanics, drivers, heavy equipment operators, welders, checkers, helpers and laborers employed by the Employer at its facility located in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
