Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees including assembly workers, assembly supervisors, cooks, assistant cooks, technical engineers, janitors and warehouse workers employed by the Employer at its Millbrae, CA facility. All other employees, seasonal employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees working in the Shipping Department Excluded: Office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, all other  employees, and supervisors, including specialists, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time truck drivers, roll-off employees, front-end employees, residential employees, helpers and mechanics, including lead employees, employed by the Employer at its Memphis, Tennessee facility. All other employees, including office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time shop personnel, including mechanics, parts personnel, fuelers and building maintenance. All office clericals, guards, managers and supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the Act.

Unit Sought: Carpenters commercial and residential working throughout the State of Oregon and the six SW Washington Counties (Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Skamania, Wahkiakum and Pacific; no carpenters excluded.

Unit Sought: All full time, part-time and on-call employees; excluding all supervisor, managers, and confidential employees as defined by the Act.
