Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Security Officers (Guards) assigned to work at the APM Terminal, and Horizon Lines facilities, pursuant to the Employer's contract for security services in Tacoma, WA Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, managers, supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, as well as any temporarily assigned employees or substitute employees as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All warehouse workers, receiving clerks, shipping clerks and material handlers employed at its Seattle, Washington location. Excluded: All sales force employees, guards and supervisors under the Act.
