Unit Sought: Included: All attending physicans (excluding employees who worked an average of less than twenty (20) hours per week during the preceding calendar quarter (13 weeks)) employed by the Employer who are listed in Attachment A (the current election/bargaining unit) and who are still on the payroll at the time of voting shall be eligible to vote in this election. Excluded: All other employees including all session and retainer physicians (defined as those Employees who are paid on an hourly basis and who generally work an average of less than 20 hours per week), the Medical Director, Associate Medical Director Jacobi, Associate Medical Director NCB, Medical Director of Managed Care, Department Chairs of Anesthesiology, Behavioral Health, Emergency, Family Medicine, Medicine, Neurology, Nuclear Medicine, OB/GYN, Pathology, Pediatrics, Radiology, Rehab Medicine and Surgery, Vice (Associate) Chair of each Department listed above, Chief Academic Officer, NYMA Board Members (except as explained herein), Division Director positions currently held by individuals not listed in Attachment A, and other managerial employees and all guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular, full-time and part-time employees employed by the Painting Company. Excluded: Supervisors, managers, guards and clerical workers as defined under the NLRA.
