Unit Sought: Included: The bargaining unit involved is made up of those employees of the Company currently represented by the Union ("CWA") and whose job titles and locations are included in Appendix B attached to and made a part of the Collective Bargaining Agreement ("CBA") between the parties. (A copy of said Appendix B is attached hereto.) These employees are included in a single bargaining unit. Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All production and maintenance employees at the company's facility in Fort Worth, TX, which consists of the facility located at 6700 Snowden Road. EXCLUDED: All supervisors as defined in the LMRA of 1947, as amended, full-time plant clerks, police force, watchmen, general office payroll and employees of Plant Manager's office.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Mechanics, Bus Drivers, Driver Trainers, Monitors, and Fuel Attendants currently employed by the Employer at their Parkville, MO facility Excluded: Office Clerical Employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular, full-time and part-time painting employees employed by The Painting Company. Excluded: Supervisors, managers, guards and clerical workers as defined under the NLRA.
