Unit Sought: The unit referred to in Section 1 of this Article, and hereinafter referred to as the "Bargining Unit" consists of all production and maintenance employees of the Company employed in its Syracuse, New York plant. Excluded: Office and clerical employees, truck drivers, draftsmen, plant protection employees and/or guards, professional employees, and all supervisors as defined in Section 2 of the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: All regular full time and part time employees including but not limited to drivers and helpers.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time employees of the associate staff at the VEA headquarters in Richmond, VA Excluded: Confidential and supervisory associate staff at the VEA headquarters in Richmond, VA

Unit Sought: Included: Warehouse employees, deli employees, porters, and cashiers working at 1300 South Monroe Street, Baltimore, MD 21230 Excluded: Managers, supervisors, guards, and redistribution employees

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its New Castle, Pennsylvania, facility; Excluding: All office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: United Steelworkers International Union Local 2-00987, Production and Maintenance employees of Sun Chemical's Pigment Plant in Muskegon, Michigan. Excluded: Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors, office employees, chemists, technicians, laboratory personnel, gurards.
