Description of Present Unit Included: This is a combined professional and non-professional unit comprising the following classifications employed by Sutter Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice dba Sutter Care at Home in Santa Rosa, California: Home Health Nurse II; Home Health Case Manager; Wound Care Nurse III; Home Health MWS; Acute Physical Therapist II; Acute Physical Therapist III; Acute Occupational Therapist II; Acute Speech Language Pathologist II; LVN II; Home Health LVN II; Physical Therapy Assistant II; and Home Health Aide. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, employees represented by other labor organizations, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. 6a. Description of Proposed Unit Included: Petitioner seeks to add the following additional classifications to the present unit described in section 5a. Scheduler II; Chart Completion Representative I; Hospital Liaison (LVN); Home Health LVN Lead; Wound Care Nurse Lead. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, employees represented by other labor organizations, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Pharmacy Technicians, Lead Technicians, and Inventory Specialists employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 99 E Main Road, Middletown, Rl 02842 (Store #493). Excluded: All office clerical employees, confidential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
