Unit Sought: all full-time and regular part-time technicians, including all installers, service technicians, maintenance technicians, CLI technicians and lead technicians, and all dispatchers and warehouse employees; but excluding all other employees, deputy directors, office clerical employees, CSRs, and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Excluded: All other employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and service maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its Wallingford, Connecticut facility, including certified nursing assistants, therapeutic recreational assistants, physical therapy aides, dietary aides, and housing laundry employees; Excluding RN supervisors, office clerical employees, cooks, and guards, other professional employees and other supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time bus drivers, van drivers, and monitors Excluded: All other employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
