Unit Sought: UMMMC recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to the rates of payes, wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment for all regular employees and part time technical employees employbed by UMMMC in the job classifications listed or any further classifications created that cover the similar functions as the job classifications listed; employees as defined in the parties' September 21, 1999 agreement excluding registered nurses, physicians, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
