Unit Sought: Employees in the classification and department Treating, Screen Printing, Build up, Press Fabrication, Inspection, Resopreg, Shipping, Receiving, Samples, Stockroom, Packing, Sanitation, Waste Speciality Resins, General Help, Electricians, Mechanics, Boiler Room Operator, Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance Technician Apprentice, Welder/Piper, Mechanic Apprentice, Forklift Mechanic and any o ther employees covered under this Act. Excluding outside agency help, office clerical, supoerviksors and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: SEIU Local 509 (the Union and Eliot Community Human Services, Inc.(Eliot) agree that nothing in this agreement prejudices the Union's position or waives the Union's rights regarding the Union's claim that Eliot must recognize the entire Tri-City bargaining Unit.There will be one bargaining unit for all emplyees in the Tri-City bargaining unit as of 6/30/07 and all employees in the Eliot bargaining unit as of 6/30/07 (and any new employees in bargaining unit positions) at Eliot subject to the 2005-2008 collective bargaining agreement between Eliot and the Union (current collective bargaining agreement) All full time and regular part time employees employed by the Eliot , excluding the president, Sr vice president, vice president of finance, vice president of human resources, vice president of children's services, vice president of quality assurance and clinical services, assistant director of human resources, controller, business manager, director of facility maintenance, division directors, asistant division directors, directors of nursing, clinical directors, assisant clincial directors of nursing, clinical directors, assistant clinical supervisor, assistant controller, director of food services, information technology director, assistant director of information technology, program managers, program directors, assistant program directors, program supervisors, recruiter, education coordinator, clinical coordinator, program coordinator, residential coordinator, office manager, executive assisstant, staff accountants, payroll manager, accounts payabale specialist, confidential employees, guards and suopervisors as defined in the Act. Unit Sought: Regular full time employees are those employees who are employed in a classification covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week on a regular and continuous basis. Regular part time employees are those employees who are employed in a classification covered by this Agreement who are regularly scheduled to work 8 hours or more per week but less than 40 hours per week on a regular and continuous basis. Any emplyee who are employed for under 8 hours per week shall not be part of the bargaining unit. All temporary employees who are hired for a period of not more than 6 months, if a temporary employees is hired to perform the work of an employee who is out on an extended leave of absence, then the temporary employee may be hired for uop to one year, all employees hired on a temporary basis shall be informed at the time of hire that emmployment is for such a limited period. All contract/relief employees used on an as needed basis. All employees of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, if covered under another collective bargaining agreement.

Unit Sought: Incl: All full time and regular part time EMTs and EMT-Intermediates. Excl: All other employees including billing, clerical, administrative, supervisors, managers and guards as defined by the Act.
