Unit Sought: Regular full time employees are those employees who are employed in a classification covered by this Agreement who are scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week on a regular and continuous basis. Regular part time employees are those employees who are employed in a classification covered by this Agreement who are regularly scheduled to work 8 hours or more per week but less than 40 hours per week on a regular and continuous basis. Any emplyee who are employed for under 8 hours per week shall not be part of the bargaining unit. All temporary employees who are hired for a period of not more than 6 months, if a temporary employees is hired to perform the work of an employee who is out on an extended leave of absence, then the temporary employee may be hired for uop to one year, all employees hired on a temporary basis shall be informed at the time of hire that emmployment is for such a limited period.
