Unit Sought: Existing Certified Unit description: All regular part-time and full-time Dispatchers, Schedulers, Reservations employees, Utility Workers, Road Supervisors, and Driver-Trainers employed by the Employer at its Springfield, Massachusetts facility; but excluding all employees in the existing unit of drivers, managers, and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. Proposed Unit description: All regular part-time and full-time Dispatchers, Schedulers, Reservations employees, Utility Workers, Office Administrative employees, Road Supervisors, and Driver-Trainers employed by the Employer at its Springfield, Massachusetts facility; but excluding all employees in the existing unit of drivers, managers, and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. 6a.

Excluded: Employees already represented by a labor organization, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Central office techs, field service tech, install repair and splicer. Excluded: Management employees, secretary, design.

Unit Sought: Included: All Class A Drivers managed out of 3752 Allen Rd including all related yards, including but not limited to, Rig Movers, Crane Operators, Vacuum Truck Drivers, Salt truck drivers, Winch Drivers, Pump Truck Drivers, Special Services Drivers, Tow Truck Drivers, Logistics Drivers, Triplex Pump Drivers, Crew Chief, Equipment Operators. Excluded: Rig Hands, Earth Movers, Special dirt crews, management, guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act.
