Unit Sought: Included: All full and regular part time Laboratory Technicians, Quality Analysts, and Quality Technicians employed in the Company's Matrix Laboratory, at the company's West Valley City, Utah location. Excluded: Excluding all other employees including all temporary employees, managerial employees, office clerical, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
