Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees working in the following job classifications at any and all SMRLS locations: Accountant, Development Associate, Executive Administrator, Grants Coordinator, Grant Manager, HLP Coordinator, Intake Referral Specialist, IT Specialist, Legal Secretary/Legal Administrative Assistant, Payroll Specialist, Senior Attorney, Senior Intake Referral Specialist, Staff Attorney, and VAP Coordinator. Excluded: All Supervisors, Managers, Paralegal Community Workers, confidential employees, and all other employees of SMRLS employed at any and all locations.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time employees of the employer working in the Georgetown University Law Center’s clinics with the following job classifications or in those job classifications as re-titled by the employer: Clinical Teaching Fellow Clinical Fellow Excluded: ??All other employees, confidential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
