Unit Sought: Present: Included: All registered nurses employed in the Hospital as staff nurses and Home Health nurses. Virtual RNs if employed. Proposed: Included: All registered nurses employed in the Hospital as staff nurses and Home Health nurses. Virtual RNs if employed. Should virtual RNs become employed by and work for Good Samaritan Hospital, in the manner defined above, they shall be considered part of this bargaining unit.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees, including those classified as Crane Operator, Electrician, Environmental Tech, Housekeeping, Maintenance Operator, Material Handler, Millwright, Utility Operator, Lab Technician, and Lead Lab Technician employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1500 Commercial Avenue, Mingo Junction, Ohio. Excluded: All temporary employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as described in the Act.
