Unit Sought: Included: The Portion of the unit including all full-time and regular part-time Midstream Lead Maintenance Technician, Midstream Maintenance Technician, Midstream Lead Person, Midstream Bulk Operator employees and any other employee whose principal duties include: receiving, storing, and dispensing bulk liquid commodities, gauging. loading, blending, compounding, package and terminal warehousing, products testing, and terminal maintenance in Phillips 66 Company's (Company) Midstream Operations at its refinery located at 13500 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90061. Excluded: All other employees, including those working in the Company's Lubricant Operations at its refinery located at 13500 S Broadway, Los Angele, CA 90061, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisor as defined in the Act.
