Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time maintenance electricians, programmer/instructor/operators, welders, utilitymen, machine operators, spray painters, helpers, custodial, and laborers employed by the Employer at its Minneapolis facility. Excluded: office clericals, managers, superintendent, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act as amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time warehouse, receiving, and sanitations employees, and pool workers in the temporary category employed by the Employer at its 2340 Heinz Road, Iowa City, Iowa facility. Excluded: All office clerical employees, contracted temporary employees, warehouse clerks and clerical, truck drivers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act as amended and all other employees employed by the Employer.
