Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time emergency medical technicians and paramedics employed by the Employer at its Murrysville, Pennsylvania, facility. Excluded: all office clerical employees, confidential employees, managerial employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time cab drivers employed by the Employer as their Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility. Excluded: All managerial employees, clerical employees, supervisors, and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time hourly employees engaged in the following classifications: electronic pre-press/litho, electronic pre-press/Mighty Ink Jet, film masker/commercial stripper, contact maker, projectionist, press, stencil cutter, silk screen operator, shipping and receiving, expediter, sampler, hand folder, sheet catcher, and general labor, seaming department, and Mighty Ink Jet digital department. Excluded: All office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time employees and regular part-time employees to include the following classifications: Telecommunications Operator, Help Desk/Alternate-EKMS Custodian, EKMS Custodian.
