Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time communications technicians regularly assigned to the job of installation and repair, central office technician, key systems/PBX technician, cable splicer and construction and all dispatchers, operations assistants, service support assistants, and customer care representatives employed by the Employer and working out of its Clintonville and Shawano, Wisconsin facilities. Excluded: All guards, confidential employees, administrative assistants, managers and supervisors as defined by the Act, sales marketing personnel, engineering personnel and personnel assigned to the Building Supply Department, including but not limited to janitors, warehousemen, and material coordinators.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full & part time CNA's, Laundry Employees, dietary employees, house keeping employees, and maintenance employees. Excluded: All supervisors and managers, clerical employees, security guards, as defined by the act, and all LPN's, assisted living employees and those employees not specifically listed in the inclusions.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time electronic tech II, Range Control Officer, and computer operator 1. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: UNIT A: Included: All regular full-time and part-time registered nurses employed by the Employer at its Humacao facility. Excluded: All other regular full-time and part-time employees, including the classifications set forth in Units B, C, D and E, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. UNIT B: Included: All regular full-time and part-time professional employees, including pharmacists, employed by the Employer at its Humacao facility. Excluded: All other regular full-time and part-time employees, including the classifications set forth in Units A, C, D and E, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. UNIT C: Included: All regular full-time and part-time technical employees, including teachers, teaching assistants, CPR instructor, practical nurses (LPN), health advisor, occupational therapy, occupational therapy assistant, respiratory technician, medical record technician, health information management technician, sterile supply technicians, ophthalmic technicians, MPI technicians, cardiovascular technicians, vascular technicians, medical emergency technician, nuclear medicine technician, laboratory, laboratory assistants, employed by the Employer at its Humacao facility. Excluded: All other regular full-time and part-time employees, including the classifications set forth in Unit A, B, D and E, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. UNIT D: Included: All regular full-time and part-time business office clerical employees, including archive clerks, system operators, receptionists, Data Entry, medical record clerks, secretaries, accounting clerks, employed by the Employer at its Humacao facility. Excluded: All other regular full-time and part-time employees, including the classifications set forth in Unit A, B, C and E, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. UNIT E: Included: All regular full-time and part-time skilled maintenance employees, including cooks, diet assistants, laundry, laundry assistants, mechanics, chauffeur, warehouse, plumbers, cabinetmaker ("ebanista"), painter, employed by the Employer at its Humacao facility. Excluded: All other regular full-time and part-time employees, including the classifications set forth in units A, B, C, and D, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
