Unit Sought: Included: The Employer recognizes the Union as its employees' sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative with respect to hours, wages and other terms and conditions of employment fo rall full time and regular part-time nonprofessional employees, including program aides, program aides/transportation monitor, program assistant and program assistant/relief employed by the Employer at its New Kensington, Pennsylvania facilities, and all work adjustment trainers, work adjustment trainers, program assistant, work adjustment trainer, work adjustment trainer/community based, community-based job trainer, vocational adjustment trainer/community based clerk, vocational adjustment trainer/driver, vocational adjustment trainer/head injury, community-based job coach, community-based job coach trainer, district clerk VTC, and flexible program worker employed by the Employer at its NorthCo Vocational Training Center, located in New Kensington, Pennsylvania; excluding, senior citizen workers, trainee/clients, trainee payroll clerk/VTC, management information clerk/VTC, district clerks who are not regularly employed on a full-time basis at the NorthCo Vocational Center, production manager/supervisor, community-based job coach supervisor, and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
