Unit Sought: Included: Registered nurses who regularly perform general staff nursing functions at the employer's medical offices located in the state of Ohio and are regularly scheduled to qoek rqwnry (20) or more hours per week. Also covers the Diabetic Educator(s) only who are employed by KFHP> Excluded: Registered nurses employed at the aforesaid medical offices including nurses engaged primarily in medical research and/or educational programs, nurses predominantly performing administrative functions, and supervisory nurses who have the authority to hire, promote, discipline or otherwide change status, or who may effectively recommend such action and all other employees.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All Full-Tme time and regular part-time Technician I, Technician II, Technician III, Lead Technicians, and Customer Service Representatives, employed by the Employer at its 3641 East Houston, San Antonio, Texas location. EXCLUDED: All Casual Employees, Office Clerical Employees, Professional Employees, Rental Sales Employees Managerial Employees Guards and Supervisors as defined in the Act.
