Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and shared position United states Marshals Service (USMS), credentialed Court Security Officer (CSO's), Lead Court Security Officers (LCSO's), and Senior Lead Court Security Officer (SLCSO's) assigned to the federal courthouses and other United States Justice Department related office buildings pursuant to the Employer's contract(s) with the USMS for security within the jurisdictional boundaries of the 9th Judicial Circuit; Excluded: All managers, supervisors as defined by the NLRB, office and/or clerical employees, temporarily assigned employees, substitute employees, and all other employees of the Employer.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time production and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 8001 Bavaria Road, Twinsburg, Ohio, including the following classifications: lead employees, manufacturing technicians, finishing technicians, machine operators, alloy workers, material handlers, waste water technicians, environmental technicians, shipping and receiving employees, maintenance technicians, engineering technicians, facility maintenance, tool crib attendants, CMM Programmers, layout technicians, quality technicians, die repair employees, die repair trainees, trim die coordinators and die repair welders. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time, including per diem, registered nurses employed by the Employer. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All employees who fabricate and or install fire sprinker systems; excluding office clerical supervisors and guards as defined by the Act, estimators engineers and salespersons.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular plant maintenance employees employed by the employer at the Fairmont, West Virginia, facility; exlcuding, production, office, clerical, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time per diem technical employees, including radiology techs, lab techs, pharmacy techs, orthopedic techs, and EEG techs employed by the Employer at its Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, facility; excluding, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees.
